Upon payment validation, you will receive an email confirmation from info@adrianaribeirojewelry.com. Please check SPAM if you are unable to find it in your mailbox.

As soon as your items have been shipped, we will send you an email with a confirmation that the product has been shipped and the registration number so you can track your order online.

It can take up to 2-4 weeks for your jewelry to be shipped since every piece is made to order. We are available for more urgent orders and shipping, so please do not hesitate to contact us at info@adrianaribeirojewelry if needed

Shipping to Portugal and its islands is free, to Europe is 8€, and to the rest of the world is 20€
